Buffalo, N.Y. — Celerity LLC, the nation's fastest growing software provider for chemical dependency and mental health treatment providers, welcomes their newest partner in Minnesota, Douglas Place of East Grand Forks. CAM is a low-cost highly effective solution to reduce the amount of time a clinician spends on paperwork and creates greater operational efficiencies facility wide.

Douglas Place will be joining Celerity’s growing family of partners in Minnesota which includes; Adolescent Treatment Center [Winnebago], Common Ground [Rochester], Haven Chemical Health System [Woodbury], Hope House [Grand Rapids], Lakes Regional Chemical Dependency [Bemidji], New Beginnings [Waverly], Red River Recovery Center [Dilworth] and We Care Counseling [Oakdale].

Douglas Place is an Alcohol and drug Addiction Treatment Center with Transitional Sober Housing located in East Grand forks, MN. Douglas Place offers: Women’s Programs, Men’s Programs, Halfway House / Transitional Living, and Young Adult (ages 16-20) Programs.

The facility was established in 1976 in East Grand Forks. After almost 30 years, Douglas Place moved to its current location in 2004, on the edge of the north east side of town. After its 2004 renovations of a “Howard Johnsons” motel on the north east edge of town, Douglas Place was able to offer halfway house transitional services to 90 men and women. Single room occupancy is a main attraction to our halfway house program. In recent years the Minnesota Department of Human Services Licensing Division made changes to consolidate all residential treatment (inpatient, extended, halfway house) under one license. In 2008, Douglas Place made plans to restructure it's “hotel/halfway house” to specialized treatment units, providing all levels of treatment in the continuum of care.

"Our goal has been and always will be, helping treatment provides with their mission of saving lives," said Peter Labaki, president of Celerity LLC. "The reception and acceptance of CAM by the treatment providers in Minnesota is an indication we are accomplishing that goal. We are extremely grateful to be working with the dedicated team at Douglas Place."
