Broadway Treatment Center has announced the opening of its alcohol and drug treatment facility in the heart of Orange County California. Based on the philosophy and methodologies of Pastor Phil Aguilar, Broadway Treatment Center strives to provide affordable and effective treatment options to those tormented by addiction. Aguilar was featured in a new reality TV show "Addicts & Animals" which will premiere Oct. 20 on Animal Planet.

"I've been told that this is my calling," stated Aguilar. "I'm thrilled to see this facility come to fruition -- It enables us to reach out to many more who are struggling with addiction." A recovering addict himself, Aguilar says that he is driven by a passion to teach others to overcome the bondage of addiction and become responsible, productive members of society.

According to the release, prior to treatment for drug and alcohol addiction at Broadway Treatment Center--because addiction is often an outgrowth of an underlying psychological condition-- a comprehensive intake interview, evaluation and assessment battery are completed via application of the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual, and DRAT Cognitive-Behavioral models to determine if a dual-diagnosis exists. The client and counselor then work directly with a Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Addiction Specialist to tailor an effective approach to recovery.
