Addiction Professional is pleased for the sixth year to honor clinicians who address professional challenges head-on to provide effective care for persons with addictive disorders.
The 2014 Outstanding Clinicians Awards recognize clinical professionals at four levels (counselor, clinical supervisor, medical director, and nurse), either in organizations or in private practice, who are making a difference in their programs and communities. To nominate someone for an award, please fill out the form below to submit your nomination by May 16, 2014.
To complete your nomination, please use the online 2014 Addiction Professional Outstanding Clinicians Awards form. Simply fill out the form and press SUBMIT. All nominations must be submitted no later than midnight (PST) on Friday, May 16, 2014.
2014 Addiction Professional Outstanding Clinicians honorees will be profiled in the July/August 2014 issue of Addiction Professional and recognized at a special ceremony during the National Council on Addiction Disorders (NCAD) and the co-located Behavioral Healthcare Leadership Summit, which will be held at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, August 22 to 26.
