Katheen Kelley, LCSW
Clinical Director, Greenhouse- American Addiction Centers
Kathleen Kelley has served in leadership positions in environments ranging from wilderness programs and residential addiction treatment centers to behavioral healthcare hospitals. Ms. Kelley emerged as a leader early in her career when she developed two different wilderness programs for adolescent girls. She continued her leadership in clinical programs at Bradford Health Services where she served in a variety of roles including Clinical Director for adult and adolescent programs in both inpatient and outpatient settings and Assistant Administrator of a 184 bed residential addiction treatment center. During her 22 years at Bradford Health Services, Ms. Kelley led teams to maintain the highest regulatory compliance and clinical quality. She then assumed the mantle of COO for Crescent Pines Hospital, a psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents, and adults, where her leadership skills continued to shine. Throughout her career Ms. Kelley has stood for the highest levels of clinical services, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Executive Director, Men's Program, Benchmark Recovery Center
Greg Fabry is the Executive Director for the men’s program at BRC Recovery. In this role, he mentors clients, leads groups, and oversees the daily operations of the men’s program. Greg began his career at BRC in 2010 as a Recovery Manager and has been a dedicated member of the BRC staff. He has extensive experience guiding both residents and their families towards recovery. Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas State University, and is licensed as an LCDCi in the State of Texas. Greg is an active member of the recovery community. His personal experience with and passion for the Twelve Steps contributes to the recovery culture found at BRC. His personal interests include playing basketball and cycling.
Irene Little - MS, LCDC, ICADC, ADC III, SLPCEO, Access Counseling Group
Irene Little started Access Counseling Group, Inc. in 2007 and has watched it grow from a small enterprise into one of the most respected facilities in the state. In addition to being the CEO of this company, she's also the Clinical Director, insuring that each and every patient receives the absolute best Access Counseling Group can offer. Market Development Manager, Grapevine Valley Hope - Valley Hope Association
Christine Rodriguez has been in the Substance Use Disorder field since 2003. Valley Hope Grapevine has been her professional home for the bulk of this time. While working as a clinician she served a wide range of patients from adolescents, to young adults, and geriatric patients. She is currently serving Valley Hope Grapevine as the Market Development Manager (MDM). In her capacity as MDM, Christine has worked on partnerships with organizations to support the patients of Valley Hope Grapevine, done educational talks, and given interviews to local reporters. She finds great satisfaction in educating and sharing current trends and knowledge to the greater DFW communities.
