Q: We plan on watching this webinar as a group. How do we make sure we all get certificates?

A: What you will need to do is all register for the program first.  Once you have done that, you will need to choose one person to sign into the event and watch the entire program.  After the event please visit: (website link) and submit the group form within 48 hours of the event’s completion.  You will receive certificates within a week of the program’s completion.

Q: If I watched this program with a group how do I get my certificate?

A:  After the event please visit: (website link) and submit the group form within 48 hours of the event’s completion.  You will receive your certificate within a week of the program’s completion.

Q: I have just watched the program’s archived version but there is not a CE Certificate button.  How do I receive my certificate?

A: Due to agreements with our accrediting partner organizations, CE Certificates are only available for the live program.

Q: I had something come up and was late getting to the webinar, and now I can’t get my CE Certificate to print.  Can you send me the certificate?

A: We do understand things come up but per the guidelines we must follow, you must watch the event in its entirety to receive credit for the program. We must adhere to these guidelines in order to continue offering CE Credit for our programs.

Q: My system crashed halfway through and I had to sign back in.  Am I going to still be eligible for CE Credit?

A: Yes, the system keeps track of your sign in times even if there is multiple sign ins for one user.

Q: I missed the live webinar, but still want to watch the program?  How can I do that?

A: If you are registered for the program, you will receive an email providing you with access to view the program on-demand for the next 6 months.
