Duke Vinson, LPC, NCC, former director of business development at Talbott Recovery Campus in Atlanta, is now executive director of The Oxford Centre in Etta, Miss., a residential facility located between Oxford and New Albany.

According to an Oct. 16 news release from The Oxford Centre, Vinson has initiated a new treatment track at the facility in order to address the needs of patients affected by trauma. His background includes a focus on co-occurring mental health issues as an international certified co-occurring disorders professional diplomate. Vinson is currently pursuing a doctorate in behavioral health from Arizona State University.

Operators of the 52-bed residential center are diversifying its clinical program to provide more tailored services to populations such as trauma victims and young adults.
