Two not-for-profit organizations have received micro-grants from the Institute for the Advancement of Behavioral Healthcare (IABHC) Fund.

The first, Casa De Salud, provides primary care for illness and injury, mental health counseling, case management, care coordination and home health visits to the immigrant community in the greater St. Louis region, especially uninsured Latinos in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

The second grant recipient, CrossBRIDGE in Nashville, Tenn., helps those trapped in destructive cycles by operating nine Restoration House locations with 53 beds for men and women with addictive disorders. Restoration House is a six-month, 12-Step recovery program.

IABHC supports the behavioral health industry by awarding micro-grants to not-for-profit organizations, typically ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
