Beth Fisher
Beth Fisher is an expert on the subject of recovery residences, and in 1996 founded Hope Homes Inc., an aftercare recovery residence system for men and women based in Atlanta. She is the president of the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences, and president of the new National Association of Recovery Residences (NARR).
