I read with great interest Nicholas Roes' recent article on Motivational Interviewing (September/October 2009 issue). You have said in two pages what would have to be read in a textbook. It brings MI right up to date.

We are “employing” MI on one of our units here at Rockland and are training staff on its use throughout the hospital. I studied with Miller and Hester many years ago; they are both brilliant researchers and practitioners. Thank you for publishing such an enlightening article.
